We source through established pharmacies, authorized local distributors and traceable professional channels. We do not knowingly buy unverified marketplace stock or products with altered packaging.
Arrival checks
Incoming stock is checked for packaging integrity, labeling consistency, batch information and visible signs of damage or improper storage before it becomes available for sale.
Storage & freshness
Products are stored away from direct sun, excessive heat and moisture. Inventory levels are managed by SKU so older acceptable stock is dispatched first and low-stock items remain visible to the team.
Packaging variations
Brands periodically update packaging and regional labeling, so an authentic item may look slightly different from its catalog image. If you are unsure, send us photos and the batch code before opening it.
Our response
If a product raises a credible authenticity concern, we pause the relevant stock, review its source and work with the supplier. Affected customers receive a clear resolution under our returns policy.
