Delivery coverage

We deliver across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Bekaa and Nabatieh. Most confirmed orders arrive within one to three business days; remote areas and exceptional conditions may require longer.

• Free delivery in Beirut and Mount Lebanon on orders of $45 or more

Confirmation & payment

Orders are placed as cash-on-delivery requests. We call or message the number supplied at checkout to confirm the address, total and delivery window before dispatch. You may pay in USD or the agreed LBP equivalent at delivery.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be requested for return within seven days of delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your delivery promptly. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and parcel. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra delivery cost.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once the parcel has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible and a delivery charge may apply.
