We collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone, delivery address, order notes, saved products and newsletter preference. Our hosting and security providers also process limited technical logs needed to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your information to authenticate accounts, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, answer support requests, remember favourites, prevent abuse and send marketing messages only when you subscribe.
Who receives it
Information is shared only with service providers that support the store—such as AWS hosting and the delivery partner handling your parcel—or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell customer data.
Retention & security
We retain order records for operational and legal needs, keep customer account data while the account is active, and retain newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Access is restricted and data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your account information, subject to records we must retain. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us.
